Press Coverage for new QueensWay Afterschool Program

Earlier this fall, high school students from the Metropolitan Expeditionary Learning School (MELS) began their scientific research on the QueensWay as part of the after-school program, which is supported by AT&T, The Trust for Public Land, and Friends of the QueensWay. This hands-on research by students who will learn about collecting data and providing information to the community to better understand the existing plant and animal life of the QueensWay has generated press coverage all week.
